Elizabeth Selzer, MBA, has over 25 years' experience in financial accounting, and business management.  She holds a Bachelors of Science and Agriculture from The University of Georgia, and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Regent University, and is also a former licensed Community Association Manager in Colorado.  Previous work experiences includes:

**Financial Accountant for over 25 HOA's, both with large public entities as well as independent businesses

**Board of Directors Presentations - Fiscal, budgetary, and management consultations

**Payroll Preparation & Management
